Response Time
We typically respond to all inquiries within 1–3 business days. Urgent bug reports are usually addressed within 24 hours.
Reporting a Wrong Result
Calculation errors are the ones we most want to hear about, and they are the fastest to fix when we can reproduce them. If a number looks wrong, please include:
- Which calculator, or the page address
- The exact values you entered, including the units you picked
- The result you got, and the result you expected
That last line matters most — knowing what you expected usually tells us straight away whether the formula is wrong or the tool is answering a different question from the one you were asking.
