CalciHub is operated by Inzentrix, a company incorporated in India. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We believe in full transparency.
1. Information We Collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we never collect the numbers you enter into our calculators. All calculations on CalciHub are performed entirely in your browser (client-side). No calculation inputs or results are ever sent to our servers.
We do not ourselves collect or store:
- Names, email addresses, or contact information (unless you email us directly)
- Calculator inputs or outputs
- Financial, health, or personal data entered into any calculator
- Account credentials or payment information
However, we use third-party services — Google Analytics and Google AdSense — that do collect certain technical data automatically when you visit. Like virtually all websites, this includes:
- Your IP address, which these services process to derive an approximate location (typically city or region level) and to protect against fraud and abuse
- Device and browser information, such as browser type, operating system, screen size, and language
- Usage information, such as which pages you visit, when, and the page that referred you here
We access this information only in aggregated, report form (for example, total page views or which calculators are most popular) and use it solely to understand and improve the site. See sections 3 and 4 below for details on each service and how to opt out.
2. Local Storage
CalciHub may use your browser's local storage to save your search preferences and enhance your experience. This data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us. You can clear it at any time via your browser's settings.
3. Cookies
CalciHub uses cookies and similar technologies, both first-party (set by this site) and third-party (set by the services below). We do not use cookies to build a profile of you ourselves, but the services we rely on do set and read them:
Google Analytics
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish returning visitors from new ones and to measure how the site is used. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data using Google's official opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
Google AdSense
We display advertisements through Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. These are third-party cookies over which we have no direct control. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings.
Consent Management
Where advertising is served and consent is required by law (for example, for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), we use Google's certified consent management platform to ask for your consent before personalized advertising cookies are used. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use CalciHub — which pages are viewed, which calculators are popular, and how people arrive at the site. Google processes your IP address and device information to provide these reports, and we see the results only in aggregated form. 5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data under applicable laws including GDPR (European Union), CCPA (California), and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023:
- The right to access the personal data we hold about you
- The right to request deletion of your personal data
- The right to opt out of personalized advertising
- The right to withdraw consent at any time

6. Children's Privacy
CalciHub does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age. The site is intended for general audiences. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information.
7. Data Security
Since all calculations are performed client-side in your browser and we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, the risk of a data breach affecting your personal information is minimal. We nonetheless take reasonable technical measures to maintain the integrity and availability of our website.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of CalciHub after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
