The water intake calculator tells you how much water you should drink daily based on your body weight, activity level, and climate. How Does The Water Intake Calculator Work?
The calculator uses a weight-based baseline with adjustments for activity and temperature.
Base formula: Daily water (oz) = body weight (lbs) × 0.5 Or: Daily water (ml) = body weight (kg) × 35
Activity adjustment: Add 12 oz (350 ml) for every 30 minutes of exercise
Heat adjustment: Add 16 oz (475 ml) if you're in a hot or humid climate
